Everything you need to know to become a club member.

01Member's commitments
  • From registration, every member agrees to respect the club's statutes and the instructions of FC Rhexia-Vessy's coaches and management.
  • By becoming a member, the player authorises the club to publish photos and videos on social media or other channels.
  • Every member over 18 agrees to pay any fines imposed on them by the ACGF; the club will re-invoice these to the member.
02Training
  • Training takes place according to each team's schedule, at the Vessy sports centre or the Bout-du-Monde sports centre.
  • Indoor training is planned after the 1st round (mid-November to end of February), once a week depending on hall availability.
03Payment of the fee
  • The membership fee must be paid into the club's account shown on the invoice, within the deadline set by FC Rhexia-Vessy (30 days maximum).
  • In case of financial difficulty, the member agrees to inform the club within 48 hours in order to reach an arrangement where possible.
  • In case of late payment, the club may charge reminder fees.
  • The fee covers a full season, even if the player only takes part in one round of the championship (except when joining for the 2nd round).
04Licence and kit
  • The licence is only activated with the Swiss Football Association (ASF) once the fee has been received. Only members who have paid their fee may play in matches.
  • New members must provide a copy of both sides of an ID document and a passport-size photo to obtain the ASF licence.
  • The season's kit provided by the club is given only to members who have paid their fee in full.
05Refunds
  • Fees are non-refundable and are due in full once the player has taken part in 3 sessions (training or matches) with the club.
  • No refund is given if a player stops early (injury, personal reasons, etc.), nor if training or matches are suspended for reasons beyond the control of FC Rhexia-Vessy.
  • The club reserves the right to grant a partial refund in exceptional cases, on a case-by-case basis.

    New registration or re-registration: everything is done online in a few minutes (form in French).

    For new members: a copy of both sides of an ID document and a passport-size photo.

    Pay the membership fee

    To the club's account shown on the invoice, within 30 days. The ASF licence is activated once payment is received.
